23 February 2022

Hi Luv,

I hope you had a beautiful Tuesday. Many people were celebrating 22.02.22. If you were not one of them, that’s okay!

I thought that I would cover a topic that I am certain I have done before, but I feel the urge to keep sharing. We are in the habit of growing and making certain that our brands and businesses are growing. Yet, a growing and successful business ALWAYS has a solid business plan that helped launch the business.

If you are in the process of starting your business, then this will apply to you.
Let’s get it:

1. Executive Summary
Every business plan needs this. It highlights your mission statement, your location and the products and/or services your business will be offering.

2. Business Description
This section of your business plan should be a detailed overview of your business. It should start with a brief history of your business and the needs you hope to aid. It is imperative that it includes information about your legal structure.

3. Products and Services
The products and services should include information about your pricing structure, suppliers, and the revenue that you plan to generate. It’s okay to be opinionated to an extent.
It’s also important to include any patent, copyright, or trademark information here. If you have any plans for future expansion, including new products or services, include that information in your ‘product and services’ section.

These are the first three topics that I am discussing with you.
Lookout for my email next week, I would love to dive deeper in order for you to create an irresistible business plan.

Until next time,

Jeanetta Cardine
