HELP HER LAUNCH

Hey Luv,

I am so excited to share this with you!

My journal is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about planning and goal setting. But, to be honest, that isn’t the first place I write things down. I’ve always kept stacks of basic notebooks to use for notes, to-do lists, and anything else I want to remember for as long as I can remember. However, when I started my blog, I became even more reliant on them.

It’s amazing to look back on everything that I’ve written down over the last year and see how far I’ve progressed. These notebooks contain the entirety of my business!

How do you keep track of your goals – business and personal?

This is how I keep track:

* I Brainstorm
Every business idea I’ve ever had has ended up in my journals. Blog post ideas, emails, and even social media posts! I write them down so I don’t forget them, and I usually add a few lines to go with them. I don’t always use the ideas right away, but because they’re written down, I can return to them at any time and have ready-made content.

* I Keep Record of My Notes
Because I learn best when I write things down, I outline every video and business course I watch. Normally, I write more notes than once! I can go back and find the information in one of my journals whenever I need it. These notes also serve as a good reminder whenever I go back through one of my older notebooks, and they can help me break through a plateau or get out of a rut.

* I Make a List of My Goals
“People who set goals achieve success because they know where they’re going.”

This is one of my favorite quotes, and I keep it prominently displayed because I truly believe it. I’m a big goal-setter, and I share them on my blog regularly.
Each month, I write down my monthly goals and the action steps I need to take to get there. I don’t always achieve my goals, but I get closer every day, and that’s what matters!

* I Keep Notes To Myself
My business journal is where I write everything, whether it’s my struggles or positive affirmations. These notebooks contain inspirational quotes and happy takeaways from books I’ve read. I also write when I’m feeling down or struggling with something in my business.
When you’re having trouble with something in your business, it can be difficult to see a way out. Writing these things down usually helps me. It also serves as a reminder for when I go back through my journals later!

Keeping a business journal has been extremely beneficial to me. I enjoy being able to go back and read through my notes on occasion. Sometimes I come across old ideas I never used, and other times I simply find the motivation I need to keep going. These journals help to keep me motivated and my creative juices flowing!

Do you maintain a business journal? If not, you should give it a shot! It could be just what you need to get through those tough times!
