Hey Luv,

I’ve got a question for you.

Are you consistent in all you do? It’s not that easy, is it?
Let’s look at what consistency is…

Simply put, it is a habit. This habit is all about investing in constant efforts to make progress. To understand this better, let’s say you are trying to teach a child to identify different objects around him. The first attempt may not yield any positive results, but if you give up this stage, the child will never learn! Therefore, you will need to employ a consistent approach.

Think about your skills, it could be something as simple as drawing, singing, dancing, etc. Did you develop these skills overnight? I don’t t think so! It must have taken many efforts on your part to learn or even master this skill.
Daily life is flooded with examples of how consistency is key to succeeding!

The term ‘consistency is key’ is often heard at marketing meets, in business circles, in fact even when parents lecture their children!

So what does the key unlock?

This ‘magic’ key unlocks the door to success in any field and especially as an entrepreneur. Consistency is not like an on/off thing. You need to be constant in your action and your thoughts, in order to experience the success.

A lot of people struggle with this concept. Have you ever wondered why?
This is because the idea looks extremely easy and tempting on the surface, but when you try to implement it in your day to day life, it proves to be a test of your patience!

Why is consistency important?

It seems like just another virtue, so what’s the big deal? If this question pops in your head, you won’t be the only one.

What is the one common thing that you are likely to find in successful entrepreneurs? The answer is consistency. Yes! A certain consistency in their routine is what helps them succeed, consistency is likely to be a common factor across leaders in all domains. Hence we can safely derive that consistency is one of the key virtues that helps you climb the ladder or achieve success!

Til next time,

Jeanetta Cardine
