Hey Luv, welcome to a new week!

Did you know, being kind to yourself and others encourages self-awareness, development, and happiness? With practice, it also helps to prevent nagging self-doubt and self-recrimination, which will ultimately lead to living your best life.

Practice to always encourage and congratulate others. The more you reward and promote constructively positive conduct, the more money you put into your “emotional bank account.” By doing this, you’ll continue to motivate those around you to succeed in life.

Give people credit for their efforts.

Always express gratitude. Every time you thank someone, you make them feel better about themselves. You enhance their self-image and boost their self-worth. They feel more important because of you. You give them the impression that their work was meaningful and valuable. You give them power.

Increase Your Own Self-Esteem

One of the best things about saying “thank you” to others is that it makes you feel better about yourself.
Inside, you feel better. You experience greater joy and self-satisfaction in life. You feel more confident and more immersed in what you are doing.

You will be astonished at how popular you become and how ready others will be to assist you in whatever you are doing when you develop an attitude of gratitude that pours forth from you in all of your encounters with others. I advise you to start by being grateful to others if you want to learn how to have self-confidence.

Consistently congratulate and endorse others

Giving individuals a lot of praise and approval is another approach to make them feel important and give them a boost of energy. According to psychological studies, kids who receive praise from role models have higher energy levels, faster heart and breathing rates, and brighter moods.

Apply the principle of reciprocity

If you make me feel good about myself, I will find a way to make you feel good about yourself, according to the psychological rule of reciprocity.

In other words, individuals will constantly seek out opportunities to repay your kindnesses to them. You will be astounded at how good you feel and the amazing things that start to happen all around you when you actively seek out opportunities to do and say things that make other people feel good about themselves.

Remember, Happiness comes from within!

Talk to you soon,
