Okay, let’s get right into this. How many times have you come up with a brilliant idea or business plan that you have not seen anyone else do? How many times have you sold yourself short by announcing that plan or idea to people you should not have?
I am sure that you can tell me that you have done it so many times that you have probably lost count. This is why it is so imperative that when you are in the process of creating something that is both personal and promising for you, you keep it to yourself. There is no selfish attitude or mindset when it comes to this. Understanding when and to whom you speak about your plans, is the imperative key.
You cannot live a life where you are constantly living from thought to mouth. A process whereby you do not prepare yourself for your plan and allow yourself to stay in a place of hibernation. A time of isolation that no one else should walk but you. A place where your gifting and capabilities to take on the pressure and responsibility that comes with a plan. There is a period in your life where you have to outline who the people are that will walk with you closely while you figure it all out.
Instead of constantly feeling the need to tell people about your plan, how about you add some action to the mix. Instead of telling people that they should invest in you, show them. Word of mouth is great, yet actions and results have this great ability to draw in more success and opportunity.
I would love for you to live from a place of security and not anxiety. A place where you do not always question if sharing your dream, vision or plan with someone would be a risk to you. Get in the habit of working on your craft without the constant attention and instant gratification.
Let’s see what your plans are producing.
